Class Dojo

What is Class Dojo? Class Dojo is a free, web-based resource which allows schools and families to connect together to share photographs, videos, learning resources, children’s successes and important messages or reminders in a safe and secure online environment. Parents can also have a private conversation about their child with the class teacher.

Class Dojo works on iOS, Android, Kindle Fire and on any computer or laptop.

What does Class Dojo look like? Class Dojo works in a similar way to social media. It connects teachers and parents/children with a newsfeed (similar to Facebook). The newsfeed is called the Class Story and is where all adults(staff and parents) and children can see any relevant messages, learning resources or videos for their year group.

The content is uploaded by staff in school and there is a comment facility underneath. Comments can be read by everyone who teaches in that year group, has a child in that year group or is in that year group. Comments should always be positive and this is not the place to raise any queries or concerns

Class Dojo have created free resources for parents to help access and understand the platform.  Click here to visit their website.
