New Starter Information

We would ask that you read the following policies as they require your consent within the data collection form:

Prior to Your Child Starting Our School

Please complete a Data Collection Form for New Starters as soon as possible after accepting a place at Arnold Mill. This must be completed before a child is admitted.

If you have been offered a 30-hour nursery place, we will need you to complete our 30-Hour Nursery Eligibility Form.

Please complete a  Milk in School Form whether you require milk for your child or not.
