The MyChildAtSchool (MCAS) app provides comprehensive access to home-school communication, enabling you to connect with your child’s teachers and manage both your and your child’s contact and personal information. The app features the latest attendance records, annual school report.

If you have more than one child enrolled at school, you will only need a single login to view all of your children’s accounts simultaneously.

To access your account, please download the app and enter your email address associated with your child at Arnold Mill. If you need to create an account please choose ‘forgotten password’ to receive a link to your email address.

MCAS serves several important functions for parents, including:

  • Making Parents’ Evening Appointments: Parents can schedule meetings with teachers to discuss their child’s progress.
  • Tracking Your Child’s Attendance: The system allows parents to monitor their child’s attendance records.
  • Updating Personal Details: Parents can update personal information for themselves and their child within the system.
  • Reporting Absences: Parents can report when their child is absent from school through the system.

I’ve Forgotten My Username or Password: 
Users can reset their password independently by clicking on the “Reset Password” link located beneath the login form on the MCAS Website. When prompted, they should enter their email address.

Please ensure to check your Spam and Junk folders for any emails if they do not appear in your inbox.

Switching Between Your Children:
To switch between your children in the app, begin by opening the menu. At the top of the screen, you will see the current child’s details displayed, including their name. To change to a different child, tap on their name. This action will trigger a pop-up window that lists all other children associated with your account. Select the child whose details you wish to view to complete the switch.

I Forgot My PIN Number
The MCAS App requires you to create a PIN for security purposes, ensuring that unauthorised users cannot access it if they gain entry to your phone. This PIN is unique to your device and is not stored elsewhere. If you forget your PIN, the only way to regain access is to delete the app from your device. After deletion, reinstall it from either the App Store or Play Store.

Once reinstalled, you can log back into your account using your email address and password
